Thomas was born and raised in Switzerland (a country he is very fond of). He went through regular schooling as well as learned archery and fencing. Thomas Klaus was fascinated with foreign lands and cultures, and often visited neighboring cultures to study and enjoy their culture. Eventually he set off on a journey to foreign lands. At each country he immerses himself in their culture. Although sometimes he can be a little over-eager. He's been most places in Europe, Northern Africa, the Middle East, and parts of Asia. At each locale he studied and embraced the various cultures, learning their language, traditions, and even fighting styles. He's used a great deal of different fighting-styles to develop his own unique personal style. Thomas is skilled with a great variety of weaponry. His next destination on his journey would be the island nation of Japan, where he joined the Samurai Duelers League. It was a perfect oppurtunity to explore Japan's unique culture as well as test the skills he had learned on his journey.

To pay for travel expenses and the like, Thomas Klaus became a traveling merchant. He sells all sorts of items from around the world. The backpack Thomas is seen wearing contains everything he owns: food (BASLER LACKERLI!!!), clothes, weapons, wares, etc. The backpack is very durable and shock-absorbant. Which is a good thing since its his primary weapon. He can use it for a number of things and will also use it in tandem with other weapons. It is HEAVY, and a direct hit from it can send you flying.

Thomas Klaus can speak and write in quite a number of languages. They include: German (Swiss-German is native tongue), Japanese, Chinese, English, Italian, Latin, French, Spanish, and Arabic, and more. [ARTIST'S NOTE: While the character can speak these, I'm only good at English, German, and Latin.]
